Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, contact us at return@vvlbeautyboutique.co.uk .Upon acceptance of your return, we'll send you a return mailing label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without requesting one first will not be accepted.

Damaged items

Please examine your order upon delivery and inform us without delay if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly. Note that superficial or cosmetic defects on products do not qualify for refunds.
